On the minutes for minutes 11-20 do:
Odd: 5 Squat Snatch 135/95
Even: 5 Burpee Pull-ups, 12″ Reach
(you can sub burpee ring muscle ups if you choose to)
*A cluster is a squat clean into a thruster
