Our Couch to CrossFit program is designed with people who haven't trained before in mind. Two weeks of workouts delivered to you daily, with video instruction and modifications as well as tips and guidance to help you maximize the training session. And you can reach out to us at any time if you have questions or aren't sure what to do. We are here to help you get started in the comfort of your own home with no need to buy anything. We will get you comfortable with CrossFit so you can get comfortable with training.
