Youth Weightlifting

The East Coast Gold Youth Sport Performance is structured to teach proper movement and technique of the two main Olympic lifts the snatch and the clean and jerk, as well as other major movements ie. squat and deadlift. Along with proper technique, kids will learn stability, flexibility, core strength, and general athleticism.
